Wyndham Santa Marta

A 626-unit beachfront resort community located in one of Colombia’s fastest-growing tourist corridors. Operated under the Wyndham brand with active hotel operations, unit owners enjoy income participation through a hospitality joint venture. Phase II expansion underway.

Wyndham Juan Dolio

659-unit Caribbean hospitality and residential project located between Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. The land has been secured via trust, with permitting and pre-sales advancing toward a 2026 groundbreaking. Targeting an event-driven, all-inclusive hybrid model.

Wyndham – Miami

Positioned for global travelers, high-end executives, and LATAM family offices. The project will integrate luxury lodging with fintech-powered guest experiences through Rabbibak.

All projects are tied to fiduciary trusts to protect capital. All operations follow Wyndham global standards for branding, service, and hospitality assurance.
